- Business data enrichment providers (for example, Apollo) — provide publicly available business contact information about medical clinics and their staff.
- Website hosting and analytics providers (for example, Cloudflare) — provide performance metrics and security logs.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to run our business. Specifically, we use it to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the products and services you request.
- Verify that you are a licensed medical professional before providing product or pricing information.
- Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, invoices, and other transactional communications.
- Send you follow-up communications about our services, including price lists, product catalogs, and updates about our Cushman Landing platform.
- Send you occasional marketing communications about relevant new products, services, or industry information (you may opt out at any time — see Section 8).

- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Comply with our legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
5. SMS and Text Messaging
SMS consent and opt-out
We send SMS messages only to individuals who have provided their business phone number to us in the course of a business inquiry, a customer relationship, or an explicit request for text communications. By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive SMS messages from Cushman Clinical Partners at that number. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may reply HELP for help. You may also email us at hello@cushmanclinical.com and ask to be removed from our SMS list. We do not share SMS opt-in information or the mobile phone numbers of our contacts with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS messages we send fall into two categories:
- Transactional messages — for example, order confirmations, shipping notifications, appointment reminders, and responses to inquiries you have initiated.
- Informational and follow-up messages — for example, check-ins from your account representative or business-hours notices. We do not send unsolicited marketing SMS to individuals who have not provided their phone number to us in a business context. We do not use SMS for consumer-facing marketing campaigns. All SMS activity is registered under the A2P 10DLC framework administered by US mobile carriers.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies to make the site work correctly, to measure traffic, and to secure the site against abuse. The categories of cookies we use are:
- Strictly necessary cookies — required for the site to function (for example, to remember your preferences during a session or to serve the site from a nearby content-deliverynetwork node).
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies do not identify you by name.
- Security cookies — help our hosting provider (Cloudflare) detect and block malicious traffic. We do not use advertising cookies. We do not sell information about your browsing behavior. You can disable cookies through your browser settings; note that some parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.
7. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the limited circumstances described below.
7.1 Service Providers We share information with third-party service providers who perform business functions on our behalf. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us. Examples include:
- Google Workspace (business email, calendar, document storage).
- Cloudflare (website hosting, DNS, security).
- CRM and platform infrastructure used for Cushman Landing.
- Instantly, Primeforge, and similar cold-outreach infrastructure providers (business outreach to prospective clinic customers).
- Payment processors (for order transactions, when applicable). 7.2 Authorized Providers Because we act as an authorized business representative for Biotech Sciences and deliver Cushman Landing, we share information with authorized supply and platform providers only as necessary to fulfill orders, activate platform access, and provide ongoing service. We do not share clinic customer information with parties outside of these authorized relationships without your permission or a legal requirement to do so. 7.3 Legal Requirements We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with a law, regulation, subpoena, court order, or other governmental request; to enforce our terms of service; to protect the safety, rights, or property of Cushman Clinical Partners, our customers, or others; or to investigate fraud or security incidents. 7.4 Business Transfers If Cushman Clinical Partners is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or dissolution, information we hold may be transferred as part of that transaction. Any successor entity will be bound by this Privacy Policy or provide notice of any material changes.
8. Your Marketing Choices
You have several ways to control the marketing communications you receive from us:
- Email — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you will be removed from that mailing list. You may also email hello@cushmanclinical.com and ask to be removed.
- SMS — reply STOP to any SMS message. You will be removed from further SMS communications from that number.
- Phone — tell your account representative you no longer wish to be called and we will note that in your record. Transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping updates, service notices, and legal notices) are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while you remain an active customer.
9. Data Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it to run our business and to meet our legal and tax obligations. Specifically:
- Customer records (clinics who have purchased from us or activated the Cushman Landing platform) — retained for the duration of the customer relationship and for at least seven (7) years after the relationship ends, consistent with US business recordkeeping requirements.
- Prospect and lead records (contacts we have reached out to but who have not become customers) — retained for up to two (2) years after the last contact, then reviewed for deletion.
- Website analytics data — retained in aggregated, non-identifying form for up to two (2) years.
- Communication logs (email, SMS, call notes) — retained for the duration of the business relationship and archived thereafter consistent with our record-keeping policy.
10. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information we collect. Those measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS) across our website, access controls on our CRM and email systems, unique passwords with two-factor authentication for team members, and vendor selection processes that favor providers with strong security programs. No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects your information, we will notify you consistent with our legal obligations.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights with respect to the information we hold about you. These rights may include:
- The right to know what information we hold about you and to receive a copy of that information.
- The right to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to ask us to delete information we hold about you, subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.
- The right to ask us to limit how we use your information.
- The right to opt out of certain forms of communication (see Section 8). To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@cushmanclinical.com. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verified request. We may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on a request.
California, Nevada, and other US state privacy laws
If you are a resident of California, Nevada, or another US state with a privacy law that applies to us, you may have additional rights under that state's law (for example, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act). We do not sell personal information as those terms are defined by state law. To exercise state-specific rights, email us at hello@cushmanclinical.com with the state you reside in and the request you wish to make.
12. Children's Privacy
Cushman Clinical Partners is a business-to-business company and our services are not directed at, marketed to, or intended for use by children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us at hello@cushmanclinical.com and we will delete the information promptly.
13. International Users
Cushman Clinical Partners is based in the United States and our services are intended for medical clinics and practitioners operating in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By using our website, you consent to that transfer.
14. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including Biotech Sciences and our Cushman Landing platform. Those websites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of the policy and post the revised policy at cushmanclinical.com/privacy. If we make a material change, we will provide additional notice — for example, an email to active customers or a prominent banner on the site. Your continued use of our services after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
